Shipping Policy
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Foams Clothing will ship all orders to the address provided during checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Options
All standard domestic orders include the following shipping options:
If express shipping is not selected, your order will ship with economy processing by default.
USPS Economy Shipping – Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days of being placed. Transit times vary depending on destination.
UPS Ground – Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days and will ship UPS Ground. This is not an express service. Transit times vary depending on distance from our warehouse in Richmond, VA.
UPS 2nd Day Air* – Orders with 2nd Day Air selected will ship within 2 business days and arrive within 2 business days of shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). Express shipments will not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
UPS Next Day Air* – Orders with Next Day Air selected will ship within 2 business days and arrive the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Express shipments will not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Pre-Order Item Policy
Pre-order items will be clearly marked as “PRE-ORDER” in the product description, along with estimated ship dates. These dates are subject to change depending on production timelines and supply chain variables.
Pre-order items are not eligible for express processing.
If express shipping is selected for a pre-order item, the item will ship via that method once the product becomes available.
International Shipping Policy
Foams Clothing ships internationally to over 26 countries using DHL Express as our primary global carrier for reliable, trackable service.
Eligible Countries:
All available destinations will appear in the checkout dropdown menu.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer multiple international shipping options, displayed during checkout along with estimated delivery times. Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Customs Duties:
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, selected service, and order weight. These costs are displayed during checkout before finalizing your order.
Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Order Processing & Tracking:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within the designated handling period. This includes payment verification, packaging, and completion of any required customs forms.
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates can be viewed via our website or the carrier’s online portal.
Returns & Exchanges:
All international orders are final sale, except in the rare event of damage upon delivery.
Return shipping and any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Disclosure
All Foams Clothing pre-order items are made to order. Each piece is produced with intention and purpose, and will ship within an estimated 5–7 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that production and fulfillment timelines may vary slightly based on demand, material availability, or unforeseen delays. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that this item is not immediately available to ship and agree to the estimated fulfillment window above.
