Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, orders, and returns.


Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard domestic orders typically ship within 7–10 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. During checkout, you can select from the following express options:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air — ships within 2 business days and delivers within two business days after shipment.

  • UPS Next Day Air — ships within 2 business days and delivers the next business day after shipment.
    Note: Express shipments do not deliver on weekends or holidays.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Foams Clothing ships to over 190 countries worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.


Will I be charged customs fees or taxes for international orders?
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make address changes. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend contacting your shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?
Items labeled “PRE-ORDER” include an estimated ship date listed in the product description. These dates may change depending on production timelines. Pre-order items are not eligible for express processing. If express shipping is selected, your order will ship with that method once the item becomes available.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items purchased through Foams Clothing.


Can I exchange an apparel item?
Yes. Apparel items (T-shirts, hoodies, and similar garments) are eligible for size or color exchanges only, under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges are limited to one per order.

If your requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Are sale or clearance items eligible for exchange?
No. All sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.


Do you offer exchanges for hats?
No. All hat purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

However, if your hat arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@foamsclothing.com. Once verified, we’ll replace the item at our discretion.


Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for approved exchanges, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as Foams Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
